At Serendipity Therapy Services, we provide affirming, developmentally appropriate therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our therapists support a wide range of needs, including anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, life transitions, and neurodivergent experiences.
We work with clients ages 3 and up, including young children, teens, adults, and caregivers. Therapy sessions are individualized to meet each client's developmental needs, goals, and preferred communication style.
Our therapists use a blend of talk therapy, play-based approaches, and creative tools to support healing and growth. This may include art therapy, sandtray, puppet-based storytelling, and other sensory-informed interventions. We also draw from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford.
For those paying out of pocket, our private pay rate ranges from $70–$120 per session depending on the provider and service. Payment is due at the time of service.
