Andie is the founder of Serendipity Therapy Services. She is passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate life's challenges while discovering the strengths that make them unique.

Andie works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges. She believes that behavior is communication and that every person deserves to be understood, not judged. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and accepted while building the skills they need to thrive.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Andie partners closely with parents to better understand what their child is experiencing and how to support them both at home and in the world around them. She believes that differences are not deficits and is passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals recognize their strengths and build confidence in who they are.

Before becoming a therapist, Andie worked in education, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges children, teens, and families often face at school, at home, and in their communities. She brings creativity, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of connection to every session.

Andie's hope is that every person who walks through the door leaves feeling a little more understood, a little more confident, and a little less alone.

Shelbe is passionate about helping teens and adults who may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply trying to figure out who they are and what they need.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodivergent-affirming. Shelbe creates a space where clients can show up as themselves without feeling judged or pressured to fit someone else's idea of who they should be. She works alongside clients to better understand what they are experiencing, recognize their strengths, and find strategies that actually work for their lives.

Shelbe believes therapy is not about having all the answers. It is about having a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and work through things at your own pace. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling more confident in themselves and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

Ember loves helping children and teens feel understood, supported, and confident in who they are.

She works with children and adolescents who may be struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavior challenges, ADHD, Autism, school stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. Ember creates a warm, welcoming space where kids can be themselves, build confidence, and learn new ways to handle challenges.

As a neurodivergent individual and the parent of two neurodivergent children, Ember understands that every child experiences the world differently. She believes there is no "right" way to grow, learn, or succeed. Her goal is to help children recognize their strengths while helping parents better understand and support their child's unique needs.

Families often appreciate Ember's calm, accepting approach and her belief that children do well when they feel safe, understood, and connected. She is passionate about helping kids discover that their differences are not something to fix, they are part of what makes them special.

When she's not at the office, you'll likely find her enjoying a good book, spending time with her family, or sipping coffee.

Tiffany is passionate about helping teens and adults feel heard, supported, and less alone while navigating difficult seasons of life. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, crisis, life transitions, and other challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Through her professional experience, Tiffany has worked closely with law enforcement professionals and their families, giving her a unique understanding of the stress, experiences, and challenges that can come with life in and around law enforcement. She values creating a space where clients from all backgrounds and belief systems feel welcome, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

Tiffany’s therapeutic style is warm, open, and nonjudgmental. She believes therapy should be a place where clients can speak honestly, explore what they are experiencing without fear of judgment, and move at their own pace. Rather than telling clients who they should be or what choices they should make, Tiffany walks alongside them as they better understand themselves and determine what they need.

More than anything, Tiffany hopes clients leave therapy feeling heard, understood, supported, and a little less alone. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, having a safe place to begin is enough.
